MULTANI PANEER TIKKA


Ingredients
  • Oil to fry
  • Corn flour
  • cumin seeds
  • garam masala
  • pepper powder
  • Ginger 
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Onions
  • Mashroom
  • 500 g Cheese

Method

  1. Slice the paneer into rectangular shape and drain the excess water
  2. Add 1 Spoon of Oil and put mushrooms onions 
  3. Season them with salt garam masala,pepper and cumin
  4. Then add Chopped Ginger Coriander leaves , green chilli, mix all the ingredients well put mushroom mixture on sliced paneer
  5. prepare a batter with corn flour .
  6. Dip the prepared paneer in this batter and shallow fry till they get golden brown in color.
  7. serve hot with mint chutney.
