MULTANI PANEER TIKKA
Ingredients
- Oil to fry
- Corn flour
- cumin seeds
- garam masala
- pepper powder
- Ginger
- Coriander Leaves
- Green chilli
- Onions
- Mashroom
- 500 g Cheese
Method
- Slice the paneer into rectangular shape and drain the excess water
- Add 1 Spoon of Oil and put mushrooms onions
- Season them with salt garam masala,pepper and cumin
- Then add Chopped Ginger Coriander leaves , green chilli, mix all the ingredients well put mushroom mixture on sliced paneer
- prepare a batter with corn flour .
- Dip the prepared paneer in this batter and shallow fry till they get golden brown in color.
- serve hot with mint chutney.
