Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani

Hyderabadi Biryani is a dish from the down the south of India and spread all across the country and even abroad.😾
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- salt
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Red Chilli Paste
- Mint Leaves
- 1 kg rice
- Coriander
- Turmeric powder
- Yogurt
- Lemon
- Saffron
- Oil
- Sticks Cinnamon
- Cardamom Powder
Method
- Clean the chicken and add chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt,Turmeric powder,Chicken masala, saffron and yogurt.
- keep aside for marination
- Put oil and fry finely chopped onions till it gets to golden brown in color, Remove the Oil
- Put the marinated chicken in the removed oil.
- Cook rice in another vessel add bay leaves salt and let it cook till rice are half boiled.
- cook chicken and add mint leaves and coriander
- Add half boiled rice and fried onions layer by layer (rice then chicken rice then chicken) and cover the vessel so that pressure does not go out.
- Reduce the flame and cook for another 30 mins.
- finally add lemon juice mixed with turmeric powder on the top.
- Enjoy your chicken biryani
