Indian style masala pasta recipe

Ingredients

Pasta - 1 cup , Onion - 1 large , tomato - 1 large , Garlic finely chopped - 2 , Red chilli Powder - 1 tblsp , Chopped carrot , peas - 1/4 tsp , chopped capsicum - 1/4 tsp , black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp , any Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp , chopped coriander leaves -  2 tblsp , salt - as needed 

Procedure

1. Boil 4 cups water and add pasta along with required salt, cook for 10 to 15 min.

2.Drain in a metal strainer,reserve 1/4 cup water drained for later use.

3. Boil the water a keep tomato immersed for a minute.

4. Take out the tomato, run through cold water and peel of the skin.

5. heat kadai with oil and temper with jeera and add garlic and give it a stir for half a min. Dont let it burn.

6.Add finely chopped onion and fry until transparent and add the vegetables and required amount of salt         according to taste and fry for 2 min on low flame.

7. Add pureed tomato , red chilli, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasoori methi and Italian seasoning.

8.fry until the oil seprates , add chopped capsicum and fry for a min.

9. Add cooked pasta and stir well for a min or two and lastly add black pepper powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

10. Enjoy hot masala pasta .
