HOW TO COOK TANDOORI CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 12 chicken thighs and drumsticks (1.5 kg)
- 500 broccoli
- bunch of fresh coriander
- garam masala
- tandoori masala
- tandoori color
- lemon
- yogurt 200g
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces for 30 to 45 min before
- mix yogurt, lemon , garam masala , food coloring (tandoori color) , coriander choped, tandoori masala together and put chicken pieces in it and refrigrate it.
- after marination grill the chicken pieces on a griller or tandoor . baste with oil at regular intervals.
- when it come to golden brown color check the pieces with a knife.
- if white from inside your tandoori chicken is ready to be served.
