HOW TO COOK TANDOORI CHICKEN


Ingredients

  • 12 chicken thighs and drumsticks (1.5 kg)
  • 500 broccoli
  • bunch of fresh coriander
  • garam masala
  • tandoori masala
  • tandoori color
  • lemon
  • yogurt 200g
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces for 30 to 45 min before 
  2. mix yogurt, lemon , garam masala , food coloring (tandoori color) , coriander choped, tandoori masala together and put chicken pieces in it and refrigrate it.
  3. after marination grill the chicken pieces on a griller or tandoor . baste with oil at regular intervals.
  4. when it come to golden brown color check the pieces with a knife.
  5. if  white from inside your tandoori chicken is ready to be served.
