MULTANI PANEER TIKKA Ingredients Oil to fry Corn flour cumin seeds garam masala pepper powder Ginger Coriander Leaves Green chilli Onions Mashroom 500 g Cheese Method Slice the paneer into rectangular shape and drain the excess water Add 1 Spoon of Oil and put mushrooms onions Season them with salt garam masala,pepper and cumin Then add Chopped Ginger Coriander leaves , green chilli, mix all the ingredients well put mushroom mixture on sliced paneer prepare a batter with corn flour . Dip the prepared paneer in this batter and shallow fry till they get golden brown in color. serve hot with mint chutney.
